The Long Drawn-Out History of How I Became a Personal Trainer in Buffalo, NY

It all started when...

Just kidding, I'm not going to bore you with my whole life story.

You are here for a reason. A solution to your health/fitness problems.

30-59/Male/Buffalo-Williamsville-Amherst, NY.

These are the guys who are a great fit for my programs and my personality.

I felt that no one cared about these guys so I needed to start a program tailored specifically for this group.

There are a few exceptions I'll go over in a moment.

Back to the perfect match.

If you're a man in your prime living in the Buffalo/nearby suburb area, you have the basics to qualify.

Here are a few specific questions to find out who IS and who ISN't a good fit for my training services---

-Do you work in an office/cubicle?

-Do you dislike the typical gym/health clubs?

-Are you so busy you can't find time for workouts?

-Do you struggle to stay consistent with workouts and diet?

-Do you want to lose weight around your belly/waist?

If you answered yes to these questions, we are a good match.

For those who answered no to these questions, maybe you don't need my services.

OR you're one of the exceptions.

The few exceptions who are a great fit for my personality/training style are:

-Women who want to lift weights/get stronger/more muscular

-Young men who are thin and need to build muscle mass

That's it.

I don't take on every single person who needs to lose weight in the Buffalo area.

Some trainers do that and I understand why.

But that's not me.

I know who I love to work with and who benefits MOST from my personal training services.
