WHAT IS THE WOMEN'S STRENGTH CLUB?

- The only ALL-Women's Strength Club in Amherst/Williamsville NY

- Get stronger with barbell training

- 2-3 workouts per week in a small private group training setting (2-4 women per group)

- Build mental strength, confidence, be proud of your body and what it can do

- Bootcamp made up of a bunch of different random exercises that aren't very effective

- An overcrowded health club full of mirrors and young fit guys and girls staring at themselves

- Light weight circuit training on machines or with tiny dumbbells that women are "supposed to use to tone the muscles"

- An hour of wasted time on a treadmill or elliptical while watching Oprah and avoiding eye-contact from the creepy guy on the treadmill next to you
