The Women's Strength Club is an online coaching program. You choose to train at a gym or home.
-Benefits of online training are:
1- Freedom to work out whenever you choose
2- There are no time constraints on workouts. (unlike personal training sessions of 30 or 60 minutes)
3- You pay less (price of this program = about 4 personal training sessions)
4- Guidance from a coach- so you get results, and don't waste your time.
Is this Program for Beginners?
If you have never touched a weight you can do this program.
I recommend you get a few sessions of instruction with weight training with me at my studio..
OR by watching expert tutorials online and then taking videos of your own lifts to submit for coaching.
Plenty of women have learned to train on their own without coaching, but having the watchful eye of an experienced coach will help you make progress MUCH faster.
It's your choice.
The 4 Week Women's Strength Club is $129 for new clients and $99 for returning clients. (anyone who has trained with me in the past)
For absolute beginners (in the 716 area) I recommend you sign up for 2 in-person training sessions to learn proper form before setting out on your own.
The cost of the 2 sessions plus 4 week Strength Club is $199.
