Pushup (bottom or mid-range position)
Reverse Plank
Lunge
Repeat 2-3 times.
Feel the power coursing through your muscles and veins.
Long-duration isometrics activate muscle fibers that you may have never felt before. A great way to start the day with vitality and strength.
This is just one example, there are many options. Get creative, play around with different positions, combinations and times.
These can be done as a warmup or during the day for a boost of energy or any number of ways really.
