Personal Training Prices in Williamsville, NY

Personal Training Prices

If you are doing research on a product or service, you want to know how much it costs.

If you're like me, you get annoyed when there is no price mentioned.

They could at least display a general cost range, so we don't go on wasting time clicking around.

So with that in mind, I put together this page on personal training prices for the Buffalo, NY area.

I'm not going to list out every trainer's rates. Most of them aren't even listed anyway. This will be more of a guide to help you get an idea what to expect.

Personal training prices vary. There are cheap deals like you find on groupon where sessions may cost $5.

At the other end of the price spectrum you may pay $70 for a 60 minute session with some trainers.

Then there are different packages as well. Some trainers offer a set number of sessions at a time. Maybe 8 or 10. When you purchase more sessions, often you will get them at a reduced rate.

Another factor that will determine the cost will be if you train in a private 1x1 setting,  a bootcamp, or small-group training.

The more "personal", the more you will pay.

So let's look at some numbers. I'll use myself as an example.

I have personal training packages that range from $150 - $720. On average a client training 3 days per week will pay $360-$420.

I offer private training and small-groups but no bootcamps. Also, no memberships required, which is one of the benefits of training at a private studio.

A bootcamp may cost you $79 or $99 per month. For gyms with memberships, this price will be IN ADDITION to your normal monthly membership fee.

One other area to consider is nutrition. Some trainers off nutrition packages which may drive the cost up, or be included in a package deal along with personal training sessions.

Finally, if you are only concerned with the cost of personal training, be advised that you get what you pay for.

Cheap prices usually mean cheap service.

One way of looking at personal training pricing is that it's an investment for your health. It may sound cliche but it's valid. The more you invest in it, the better the results.

If you find it's out of your budget, there are other options available to help you get fit. There's online coaching programs. Fitness books, e-books with programs and nutrition guides to help you.

You can join an online forum to hold you accountable. If you don't find a trainer that has prices you can live with, find another way!

I hope that gives you a better idea of the factors involved in personal training prices. It's always good to know what to expect before you start up a new program.
