I’m fired up today.
Went outside this morning and it was 38 degrees.
It felt COLD.
Today was my day to train outdoors.
I could think of a million other things I would rather do than get outside into that cold and force my body to exercise.
But I did it.
I don’t share these daily moments to brag or show how awesome I am. What I want you to see is the mindset behind facing challenges.
How we ALL have to win the battle in our minds. Every one of us has this inner challenge going on each and every day. How do you handle it?
Each little WIN gives you another step forward. Each time you overcome that little voice of comfort in your head, you gain strength in body and mind.
You will not be perfect. I am not. No one is. We can only strive to improve. DO a little more. BE a little more our true self, who we are here to be. The BEST version of ourselves. Always changing, adapting, evolving.
Crush your excuses
Every single weak thought we have is an excuse that we have the capacity to accept or deny.
We need to CONSTANTLY crush our excuses.
They come in many forms. These excuses can be subtle and sly.
It’s too cold out. I’m sore. I worked hard already this week…I’m tired.. on and on..you know an excuse when it sneaks inside your mind but sometimes we want to overlook them.
Change is hard. It’s uncomfortable. BUT it is absolutely necessary to become the strongest version of yourself.
Today you have a new opportunity.
Let’s make the most of it.

Created for the guy or girl who needs to get back to working out regularly but doesn’t want to go to a gym.
The program requires no equipment, but if you have some (weights or cardio) you can include it in the workouts.
45 days to Level-UP your fitness and health.
This is a program for you if you :
-Don’t like gyms
-Can’t stay consistent with exercise
-Struggle with diet (or lack of)
-Not sure how to start, or what the best workout is for your current fitness ability
