Struggle is essential


You ever have one of those days when you just don’t feel like yourself?

Everything is OFF. Things just aren’t “right”… nothing goes according to plan and you feel like you’re walking in a dark room with your arms reaching out trying to find the walls..

That was my day today.

I could come up with plenty of reasons why and just as many solutions. Today was different though.

No answers made sense.

Nothing worked.

I had to go through “THE MOTIONS”..

You know that day where you know you are breaking down.. and you have to endure.. you HAVE to go through it to break through..

Even though you don’t want to. Not today… you just want a day off..not from work but from EVERYTHING. Including your own mind.

It’s not to be, and you know it.

You KNOW that you have to face it. “IT” meaning EVERYTHING.


That’s the big question..

It’s like waiting for the sun to rise.. to bring light and clarity to the day..

Days like today can be a catalyst for change or for complacency.

The choice is up to us.

We can get knocked down but we must rise again… and again.. and again.. however many times it takes until we reach our true destination.

What is that?

Only you can find that out, of course.

No one can tell you or me what path we should choose.

This goes beyond fitness, but training the body AND mind is a key component in finding out what you are made of.. testing your limits and your belief in yourself..

Only when we repeatedly challenge ourselves to become better, can we know what we are truly capable of, and which path we should take in life.

Struggle is essential.

No matter if we like it or not.

The question then becomes: how do you respond?

The program requires no equipment, but if you have some (weights or cardio) you can include it in the workouts.
