One of the first and most common questions I'm asked is-
How Much Does Your Personal Training Program Cost?
When I inquire about a product or service, I want to know how much it costs.
If I don't find any information on prices on a website, I will leave.
Someone else will give me the answer I'm searching for.
Why is why I decided to answer this question in a blog post.
Factors That Determine the Cost of Personal Training
1- How Many Days Per Week/ Program
Average frequency is 3 days per week. 2 is the minimum and 6 is the max.
Let's take a 2 day program for example-- 2 days per week would cost between $240-$280 depending on the program.
Clients who sign up for 2,3 or 6 month programs will pay less per month than 1 month at a time.
2- One-on-One Training or Small-Group Training
The price of One-on-One private training is higher than small-group training.
For example- 2 days per week small-group training will cost $150-$200 compared to the private training price listed above.
Small-group training is a great option for people who want to train with a friend/s to boost motivation.
3- Referrals
I run referral discounts all the time because I like to reward clients for saving me from marketing costs!
Depending on the month, you can save anywhere from $50-$100 when your friend signs up for my personal training programs. Bring another friend and save double.
That wraps up my answer to "How much does your personal training cost?"
Let me leave you with one more thought- Personal Training is an Investment. You may think of it as a "cost", but when you experience the benefits of a successful fitness program you may change your mind.
