Breaking news about your health

We were eating roast beef sandwiches at lunch.

Dan "the man" said something I absolutely HATED to hear.

But wait a second. Let me get back to that in one second.

First, the breaking news about your health.

I don't want to leave you hanging after giving you a great subject line like that.

Here it is:

You are either getting better or you are getting worse.

That's it?

Yep.

That's the news most of us don't want to accept.

We like to think we are "maintaining'.. sorry, no such thing.

Hate to break it to ya, but thats how I roll. I give you the straight up TRUTH.

Ok, back to Dan the Man and the roast beef sandwiches..

"Those marathon runners drop dead of a heart attack..."

Those were Dan's words as he tried to convince me that exercise and diet were pointless because we all die anyway.

Back then a statement like that pissed me off.

Why?

Because it sounded so weak to me. Like such a cop out.

But as I've evolved and matured (gotten OLDER) I don't get up in arms over those statements anymore.

I realize where that mindset comes from.

It's the same mindset that says I am just maintaining.. not trying to get better every day.

WHen in reality, you are either growing or you're decaying.

What's your choice?

Yes, we are all going to die at some point. What happens to anyone else should have ZERO influence on what you want to achieve in life.

You want better health? Make it happen. Don't use the excuse that "even healthy people die" young.

That's a weak mindset. Stuck in mediocrity and comfort.

Harsh? Maybe. But it's true.

Want to LEVEL-UP your health?

How about without going to a gym?

I got just what you need.

LEVEL UP 45 -  6 week transformation program you can do on your living room carpet.

Is it easy? Nope. But it IS doable if you just

-show up
-get started
-follow through
-stay with it

And oh by the way, it's on sale until the end of the day.

Not to mention the nutrition chapter in the program is worth double what the program is going for right now.

TAKE ACTION.

Be great.

P.S.
LEVEL-Up 45 is also a great addition to your normal workout routine if you already train 2-3 days per week with free weights.
