That's all I did today in my training.
If you aren't sure what to do, pick one of the big lifts:
Deadlift, Squat, Press, Bench and put ALL your energy and effort into that lift.
Set a timer if you want.
Hit some heavier sets of 3-5 reps. Reduce the weight and hit sets of 4-6 reps.
Rest a few minutes between sets.
Simple and POWERFUL because it's focused.
You aren't thinking ahead to your next exercise.. you can concentrate 100% on the lift of the day.
I like to take what I learn in the gym and see if those lessons transfer to life outside the squat rack.
How does this one stack up?
Pretty damn good if you ask me.

Keep it simple.
What is ESSENTIAL?
Where will you get the most "Bang for the Buck?"
Forget the BS idea of multi-tasking.. that's just doing a bunch of things in an average way and NOTHING in an EXTRAORDINARY way.
