The Difference Between a Decent Trainer and a Great Coach

You know that boss who can always get everyone focused and excited?

The team captain who gives the right speech at JUST the right time..

Certain people you just gravitate towards.

They have magnetism.

Charisma.

That special something...

This is what separates the decent trainer who can give you a workout or a plan and count your sets/reps.. Vs. the coach who can get you fired up..the coach who is with you every step of the way because he's been there.. and done that..and is STILL doing it now.

He knows the fight and he knows what you are going through and not only relates but can inspire you to push.

And keep pushing even when you want to give up.

When you've thought you have had enough..

And you want to quit.

The great coach will find something inside you.. he will see it where no one else has before.. and bring it out of you.

You will do the work.

Ultimately it's you. The action you take. Your commitment.

But the difference between an average trainer and a great coach is that little something extra special.

You see it in his eyes. You feel it when you are in the same room.

He won't let you quit until he knows you've given all you have,

And you force your body AND mind to change.

It's hard, yes. No doubt about it. I won't lie to you and say it's just following a plan and showing up and it's no big deal.. it IS a big deal.

It takes a ton of work. But you can do it. And when you find a great coach who knows what it takes and sees it inside you, then you will be miles ahead of the person who goes with the cheap average trainer.

Remember, you get what you pay for.
