You need a program. You can't just "wing it" at the gym. But what is the best plan for you?
There are so many to choose from. How do you decide on just one?
Pick one. It's that simple.
Every legit program can and should 'work' for you. One may be better suited for your current goal than another, but don't get stuck on this.
Just get on with it. Read up on the program, find a review, believe in it and get started.
Belief is a huge part of finding success with any program you find online or that you buy from a trainer or coach.
Give the program some time to work before abandoning it. If you absolutely hate it after a week then maybe you should pick something else but give it time. At least 2-3 months.
A seed is planted and needs sun, water and TIME to grow.
Even if you feel like you aren't ready.
Because really, when are we ever "ready"? Never.
