Why you need weekly challenges


You are feeling sluggish.

The last thing you want to do is push yourself to get up and TRAIN.

When you don’t even want to go for a walk, that’s the BEST time to get up and GET AFTER IT.

Each week you have a new challenge that you need to accomplish DAILY.

It might be something like a certain number of pushups each day, or an extra walk or a nutrition challenge of only eating whole foods all week.

Whatever the specific challenge is, the purpose it to push you harder than you would normally push yourself.
