My dad tried to teach me about discipline, mental strength, the will to never quit when you have a goal...

It took me years to finally GET IT and DO IT.

How long will you wait?

It doesn't matter how old you are.

Or where you grew up.

What your parents did or what your friends do..

ALL that MATTERS is your choice. TO make the MOST of your life.

I'm nowhere near my potential.

But I'm working on it every day.

You CAN grow every day.

In your training. Putting in time with the weights.

You can grow in your conditioning. Going to work on the bike or rower or running..

Most importantly, you NEED to GROW in your MIND.

Challenge yourself every day.

Step into the unknown.

Commit to a challenge.

Push a little harder.

Go farther.

Like the cold shower challenge I began eleven days ago. Still going strong.

It sucks at first but it's not that bad.

NEXT challenge.

Now I have momentum from that, and I've added in work to improve my cardio/conditioning.

A few days a week I'm getting better by doing the shit I don't want to do.

I don't like making videos but I know they can help you so I do them anyway.

There are constant opportunities EVERY DAY to improve by doing what is hard and good for you long-term.

It's the opposite of EASY.

What most people do is take the comfort zone.

But that's not you anymore.

You want to be exceptional.

It starts with your mind.

TRAIN the body AND mind EVERY SINGLE DAY.

It doesn't mean max effort squats or sprints until you puke.

You know what to do.
